Olivier Mehani e5c7a0cf93 Enable SSL on standard and well-known HTTP headers 
Look for the `Forwarded` header with `proto=https`, as specified
in RFC7239 (strictly expecting no whitespace around the = sign).
This also add similar support for `X-Forwarded-Proto: https`,
`Front-End-Https: on` and `X-Forwarded-Ssl: on` (all case-sensitive).

Also add some documentation about this, and an NginX configuration
example, in INSTALL.txt

This should fix #757.

Friendica Social Communications Server

Welcome to the free social web.

Friendica is a communications platform for integrated social communications utilising decentralised communications and linkage to several indie social projects - as well as popular mainstream providers.

Our mission is to free our friends and families from the clutches of data-harvesting corporations, and pave the way to a future where social communications are free and open and flow between alternate providers as easily as email does today.
