- fixed "get() on NULL invocation, PHP is case-sensitive here
- renamed $this->baseurl to $this->baseUrl (instance) in MoveToAvatarCache to
  make it same as everywhere else

- new "Definition" classes vor DB and Views
- new "Writer" classes to create SQL definitions for DB and Views
- DBStructure & View are responsible to execute DB-querys
