- new "Definition" classes vor DB and Views
- new "Writer" classes to create SQL definitions for DB and Views
- DBStructure & View are responsible to execute DB-querys

PHP deprecation warning due wrong order of function parameters 
With PHP 8.0 I got the following PHP Deprecation message

```

this PR fixes the wrong order of the parameters.
