Make $_REQUEST processing independent of sub-calls

Browse Source 
- Move HTTPInputData::process() into App::runFrontend()
- Pass $_REQUEST (including processed Input) to every Module method
- Delete $_POST parameters at Module post() calls because of $_REQUEST
